For project supply, a practical commitment is one that is written against the exact order — item, quantity, destination and configuration.

Lead time & shipping

Standard production lead time is normally within 30 days after order confirmation, subject to product specification, quantity and configuration. Packing, shipping method, delivery point and Incoterm are confirmed in the quotation and order documents.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is stated in the applicable quotation, contract or order confirmation for the selected product and project scope. Please include the intended application and destination market in your RFQ so the relevant terms can be reviewed.

Documentation

Current product-specific compliance or quality documents are confirmed before they are relied upon for tender, import or project acceptance.
