FAQ
Answers for a more efficient RFQ.
Commercial terms and compliance requirements are clarified early, before a buyer invests time in a detailed review.
What is the MOQ?+
For standard copper cable orders, the stated starting point is 50 cartons. Fiber cable and power cable start from 1,000 m. Custom configuration and assemblies are quoted by requirement.
What is the production lead time?+
Normally within 30 days after order confirmation, subject to product, quantity and configuration. The quotation will state the applicable lead time.
What are the payment terms?+
Payment terms are confirmed in the formal quotation and proforma invoice before the order is placed.
How can I share detailed project files?+
Start with the short inquiry form. If a BOM, drawing or tender file is needed, our team will provide a suitable follow-up channel by email.
Which standards or certificates apply?+
We confirm standards, test requirements and current certificates by selected SKU and destination market. This prevents incorrect use of broad certification claims.
When will I receive a response?+
New inquiries are monitored continuously; FGT replies to complete RFQs within 1 hour.
Can FGT support OEM or private-label structured cabling?+
Yes. Depending on the selected product, FGT can review custom configuration, jacket colour, marking, length, labeling and packaging. Feasibility, MOQ, sample route and lead time are confirmed against the final specification.
Can FGT review a BOM or tender specification before quotation?+
Yes. Share the available BOM, drawing, topology or tender requirement after the initial inquiry. FGT will identify missing technical fields, map the relevant product families and confirm which points require buyer approval before quotation.
Are samples available before a bulk order?+
Sample availability depends on the product, configuration and destination. Standard items may follow a different route from custom or private-label samples, so cost and timing are confirmed after technical review.
What product and export documents can be provided?+
FGT confirms datasheets, available test or compliance evidence, packing documents and commercial export documents by selected SKU, order and destination. Documents are not assumed to apply across an entire product family.
