Information we collect

When you submit a business inquiry, we collect the contact and project information you choose to provide: your name, business email, company name, destination country or market, optional WhatsApp number, quantity or volume and inquiry message. We may also record the product-interest link, page, referral source and campaign tags used to reach the website.

First-party measurement and security

We record limited first-party events such as page visits, quotation-button use and document downloads so we can understand procurement journeys and improve the website. We also use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to rate-limit public forms and protect the CRM. We do not use this website data to build advertising profiles.

How we use it

We use this information to answer inquiries, review specifications, prepare product or project information, coordinate samples or quotations, prevent abuse and manage the business relationship in our sales CRM.

Sharing, storage and retention

Information is available only to personnel and service providers supporting FGT sales, hosting, email and project operations. We do not sell submitted contact information. Data may be processed where our company or hosting providers operate, subject to appropriate access controls. Business records are retained only for as long as needed for the inquiry, relationship, security and applicable legal obligations.
